These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the golden ratio platform, including all services, games, and features available through goldenratio.onl. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to golden ratio is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. golden ratio reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
The platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using this platform does not violate any laws applicable to you.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each member is permitted to hold only one account on golden ratio. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. golden ratio will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact golden ratio support immediately. We recommend using a strong and unique password and logging out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
3. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using golden ratio, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not for any commercial gain on behalf of third parties.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's software, systems, or game outcomes.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
- You will not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any activity that may harm other users or the integrity of the platform.
- You will not use another person's account or allow another person to use your account.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines and your country of residence.
golden ratio reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these rules. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
4. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on golden ratio are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the payment methods listed on the platform, which include GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and other approved local channels.
Deposits are generally processed promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may require the submission of identification documents before funds are released.
golden ratio does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Winnings may only be withdrawn to a method that matches the name on your golden ratio account.
Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Please review promotion terms before claiming any bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements may result in the cancellation of bonus balances.
5. Limitation of Liability
golden ratio provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, golden ratio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, or unauthorised access to your account.
golden ratio does not guarantee any specific outcomes from games or betting. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live game mechanics, and past results do not indicate future performance. Members participate entirely at their own discretion and risk.
6. Account Suspension and Closure
golden ratio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that:
- The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- The account is being used in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- A responsible gaming self-exclusion request has been submitted.
If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after applicable verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be included in refunds.
Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting golden ratio support. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be closed until the matter is resolved.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the golden ratio platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and page layouts — is the property of golden ratio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The platform may integrate third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service partners. golden ratio is not responsible for the practices, terms, or content of third-party providers. Interactions with these providers are governed by their own terms and conditions.
